Yoga Beginner Series • $20.00

This 4-week progressive series is an introduction to the foundations of Hatha yoga.  Each week will build on the previous one.  Students will develop a foundation in poses (asana) meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy.  Upon completion, students will be prepared to enter a Level 1 or 1-2 Hatha class.
