This slow & gentle vinyasa class is a total mind/body reset. Perfect for a midweek boost! We begin with a long meditation, and glide into a focused, gentle, vinyasa flow. The slow, meditative movement connects deeply with the natural rhythm of the breath. We focus is on lengthening, opening & awakening the body & finish off with a delicious savasana/pranayama finale. Suitable for all levels.
