In this class Deanna will lead you through a powerful vinyasa class with intention of building and exploring the necessary core muscles needed to float and fly into all those fun poses like arm balances and handstands! DONT BE INTIMIDATED this class is for ALL LEVELS. Our focus is about building a strong muscular awareness and strength to BUILD UP to these bigger (and sometimes scary) poses.
