Vinyasa Flow • $20.00

With the intention of building strength and stability from the inside out, this class is designed with a balance between slow, controlled flows and mindful holds. Using breath work, alignment cues and meditative focus, students are encouraged to tap into their own, unique body wisdom as they allow the mind to quiet and the heart to open.
