I started trying different yoga classes offered at Inverted Elephant in January to help overcome a left shoulder injury. My absolute favorite class is the 90 minute Hot Yoga class. Over the last 3 weeks of taking classes 3 to 4 times a week my shoulder injury is almost healed. I was able to start back training at a Crossfit gym and am now addicted to the 90 minute Hot Yoga sessions. I find that it is complementary to my intense cardio and weight lifting sessions and leave there feeling revived.
