After years of competitive skiing, Kate found yoga in 2000 in an effort to heal her body. Over the years the practice began to infuse every aspect of her life.
Kate is a graduate of the Frog Lotus International School of Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Toronto’s Downward Dog Ashtanga Yoga Centre. She credits the depth of her practice and love of yoga to her teachers; Ryan Leier, Meghan Currie, Christine Price Clark, Danielle Mika Nagel, Ron Reid, and JP Tamblyn.
Yoga classes with Kate are strong, fluid and playfully sequenced with music. Students can expect to have fun, be challenged, smile, sweat and have a good breathe.
