My definition of yoga has evolved over the years. Yoga is moving and breathing with intention, with a purpose that goes beyond the physical practice.
I am a passionate advocate of using yoga to improve emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. My classes include creative flowing sequences with a focus on breath and alignment, encouraging the students to be present, intentional and kind to themselves... always sprinkled with a Latin twist. I motivate them to go beyond their mats, take something from the practice and out into the world. It is a real privilege to assist people on their yoga journey.
