Since 2009, Brittany has been an avid yoga practitioner. After practicing for many years, she did her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. Since then, she has been teaching classes at various studios around the city. In addition to her 200hr training, Brittany has completed training in Yin Yoga, Pre & Post-Natal and has done her Advanced Teacher Training. With over 300 hours of training under her belt, Brittany centres her own practice and her teaching around connecting movement to breath and cultivating a deeper awareness of one's self. She believes everything we experience on the yoga mat can resonate deeply in our lives, if we are willing to listen. She strives to help her students find a larger purpose in their yoga practice, that goes far beyond the physical.
