I love this class and have brought several guests along. Stephanie creates a class that caters to all levels, offering options and props for the more advanced or the complete beginner. She takes pains to make everyone feel welcome and supported. It's a small class - usually between 4 - 8 people and for me it's been the perfect introduction to my yoga practice.
Yulia’s yoga practice is designed to give students a healthy

Yulia is a Hatha yoga teacher, and has been trained in a very
student-centred approach to yoga. She received her teacher training
at the renowned Esther Myers Yoga studio in Toronto.
