I've been taking classes since the end of January 2021 and the quality of my life has improved a hundred-fold. More energy and vitality - even during a pandemic. I'm very fortunate to have the time to do a yoga class as many times a week as I can manage. Often early in the day. I appreciate:
-- the skill and experience of Angela's flow classes with her imaginative flow movements and thoughtful insights;
--Cindy's Iyengar classes where she combines her knowledge with good humour and kindness;
--Lana's mindful hatha calm and slow-motion yin classes (and her beautiful singing/chanting voice;
--and Connie's detailed hatha classes with challenges and gifts.

These classes give me confidence that I am in good hands - though at a distance. While zoom classes lose the immediate feel of a room full of students practicing, no small loss, they open up the possibility for distance learning. And in the convenience of your home. Grateful every day for yoga at PUR Resilience.

I'm seventy now. I have learned when to modify poses and how my body's strengths and fragilities are enhanced through yoga. Since the 1970s, I have been praticing  yoga of various traditions. So very delighted to have landed here at this time in my life when I have a few decades left to learn... With grateful thanks...

Recently completed the beginners L1 series with Deborah, she is "AWESOME" learnt so much from her. So disappointed that I wasn't able to continue to L2 but, I will definitely try other classes in my spare time.

I  am a fan of Iyengar yoga and rarely stray from the detailed instructions and assistance of the excellent, fun, energetic yet mindful Cynthia Campbell.  She always checks to see if you have any issues that day and she modifies the poses if you do. I always come home full of energy myself, and feel stronger and more balanced.

In addition to some great yoga classes and teachers, I love the variety of classes available at PUR Yoga. I’ve been taking Melissa’s awesome TRX classes for awhile, and this week I tried Indo SUP Pilates with Diana Aziz. Diana was encouraging, caring, and observant, and she paid close attention to the needs of the students to ensure safe and proper alignment. I’m looking forward to more Pilates with Diana!

The energy in this studio is perfect for an Empath, very nurturing, healing and uplifting. The instructors are also top notch. I've been to more than a dozen different classes and my expectations have been exceeded every time:)

I have been at this yoga studio for about two years. All of the teachers are great. I love the variety of styles offered.
I especially enjoy Shelia's class on Monday mornings, she takes the time to teach me how to access muscles I did not know I had.
