Such a lovely studio and staff. The building is unassuming and can be a bit easy to miss but the inside is pristine and beautifully done. The class itself is really great and the instructors all seem very easy going and patient. I noticed that students are given a lot of individual attention compared to other places I've been to as a result of the slightly smaller class sizes (i.e. not 30 people classes) . I loved the added to touches to the studio like the rock lamps and lit candles.
Originally from Cranbrook BC, Brianna is a fitness instructor and dancer in Toronto. Movement has always been the most important part of her life, and she has loved expanding and sharing this over the years. Shortly after graduating from the School of Toronto Dance Theatre in 2017, Brianna began teaching barre fitness and currently works at various studios around the city. She has completed courses in barre and personal training. Brianna’s classes combine traditional barre exercises with athletic strength training and cardio for a challenging full body workout that aims to leave you feeling energized and strong.
