If you want to be challenged, then look no further than this amazing class! No chanting, low lights and incense here..I had many ideas of what yoga was but when my wife dragged me to my first Bikram Yoga class, I was surprised at how hard I worked in class and how great I felt after. I have played sports and continue to participate in extreme sports every chance I get.But nothing has ever challengd me like this! Since 2008 I have been regularly practicing Bikram Yoga and have healed my many injuries; back, knees, hips...you name it, I've hurt it!I was so impressed with this system that I attended Bikram's Teacher Training in Fall 2011. I love seeing people come in and transform their bodies and improve their lives.
