I had many ideas of what yoga was but when my wife dragged me to my first Bikram Yoga class, I was surprised at how hard I worked in class and how great I felt after. I have played sports and continue to participate in extreme sports every chance I get.But nothing has ever challengd me like this! Since 2008 I have been regularly practicing Bikram Yoga and have healed my many injuries; back, knees, hips...you name it, I've hurt it!
I was so impressed with this system that I attended Bikram's Teacher Training in Fall 2011. I love seeing people come in and transform their bodies and improve their lives.
