You may notice a lot of happy people when you come to the yoga studio. Don't worry, it's contagious!!I started Bikram Yoga in 2009 and have been hooked every since. I became certified to teach in 2012 at Bikram's Yoga Teacher Training and have taught at several studios in the Central Valley. Bikram Yoga Tracy is my home away from home...even my kids come take class, and they bring Grandma along also!I've taken thousands of classes in my time as a student of Bikram Yoga, and still I continue to learn and improve. I learn from the teachers, but also from you, our students. You inspire me!!What an amazing community Bikram Yoga Tracy is!! I continue to be inspired by the students here and always enjoy seeing all the happy smiling faces.
