I signed up with my sister in January and I have only been impressed so far! I really like all the insructors, but I will give a shout out to Arianna and Kayli! This is a great studio, I actually usually hate to work out, but I'm really having fun with yoga. My favorite classes are Bellys and Buns and Cardio Flow. I always feel really good after my yoga session! This is the place to go!!!
A former dancer and recovering runner, Kimberly fell heels over head in love with Yoga practice and philosophy. After completing the 200 hour teacher training program at Barefoot Studios, she became a certified RYT and discovered a desire to share her knowledge and practice with others. She continues training with Senior Certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, Ben Thomas, and with regular self-study, personal practice and group classes/workshops. She is thrilled to lead Yin, restorative, gentle, Hatha, Yoga stretch, and Iyengar-inspired posture deepening techniques. Kimberly takes pride in teaching to her students’ needs each session, learning from them, helping create understanding of their bodies and how they can nurture themselves through Yoga.
