Lindsay has pursued health and physical excellence for most of her life through sports, martial arts, and as a fitness instructor. She holds a E-RYT 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Purple Yoga in Fullerton, California, and has been teaching since 2012. In between yoga classes Lindsay works as an exercise specialist at Zova chiropractic, teaching patients corrective exercises prescribed by the doctors. She also practices, teaches, & performs acroyoga and is certified with Acro Revolution. Lindsay has been vegan since 2011, and is a member of the non-profit, Plantbuilt, which is an international team of vegan athletes that raises funds for animal sanctuaries. Strength and functional movement play a role in her classes as she is influenced by her experience as an athlete and Crossfit coach with Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit Mobility, and Crossfit Gymnastics certificates. She teaches a vigorous and energizing vinyasa flow sequence that will focus your attention to the unique self-knowledge you can gain from tuning into the sensation of the moment. You can expect to practice Sun Salutations, warrior sequences, core strengthening, arm balances & inversions.
