I originally started yoga during my second pregnancy looking for relief from sciatica pain, but dropped off from my practice after having a newborn. Two years later I came back to yoga for the workout to reclaim my body, but I also found a way to reclaim my mind. I stayed because I fell in love with it. The physical practice and the mental aspect. What yoga has done for my mind and body has been amazing. I decided to become a yoga instructor because I want to share a practice that has given so much back to me. I truly believe the is a place for yoga in everyone's life. I hope to be able to help people find that place.
