I just finished the Beginner's 6 week workshop and really enjoyed it :) I highly recommend it to those who are interested but don't know where to start. I had taken some yoga classes before this, but had never learnt the proper form. It was nice to have the poses broken down so I can be more aware of how to do them properly.
