Jess has been a mental health therapist specializing in addiction since 2015. Yoga and fitness have been a part of Jess’s life for over 8 years. Jess loves yoga so much that it’s infectious, or really aggravating depending on where you’re sitting. Jess does yoga almost everywhere including public when nobody is watching, (okay maybe some people walk by). Jess is consistently researching, thinking, and talking about yoga. Jess has a strong love for fitness as well and incorporates this into her yoga practice. Jess has many interests in different types of yoga but her love for vinyasa and trauma-based yoga (yin) are by far her favorites. Jess is very creative and loves to include her creativity into her fitness yoga practice. Her goal is to make yoga challenging, fun, to build strength, and to bring awareness to the body and mind. Jess deeply cares about all people and considers her students her friends as well her community.
