Trina is knowledgeable, insightful but above all so tender in her instructions that it adds to the zenness of the class.
Kate attended her first yoga class in 2007 and experienced a
connection to spirit that she'd only encountered in the traditional
Kiva on her reservation in Cochiti Pueblo. She came to that first
class with an empty tank and left feeling connected and hopeful.
Through healing physical injuries from running and healing
emotional injuries from her past, she became a confident, new
creation through hot yoga classes. She attended Bikram Yoga
training in 2009 and Bernie Clark's Yin Yoga training in 2014. She
leads to bring a new hope to her students and elevate them beyond
what they see as possible. Kate likes to bring an element of joy
and laughter to the students in her classes- she believes every
moment is a ministry moment. She loves working with runners,
weightlifters, students with special needs and those with no
exercise or yoga experience. She teaches Hot 26, Barkan Flow,
Baptiste Flow and Fusion. Book your class with her now!
