Kathleen began taking yoga 10 years ago as a way to help her maintain a sense of mental well-being to counteract stressful work environments. We are all guilty of taking ourselves too seriously sometimes, or judging ourselves a bit too harshly so, as a certified instructor, Kathleen aims to bring a sense humor and joy to her classes in hopes of showing her students you should enjoy your practice and never lose your sense of “play”.
