Dee Dee comes to Vint Hill Yoga as a certified POUND, Zumba, Kettlebells and most recently AMPD Strength instructor. While she loves the physical aspect of working out, her passion is people and being able to give back to them is what drives her. As a fitness instructor, she gets to incorporate the best of both worlds. Safety is a must, but equally important to her is that you have FUN and walk out of her class leaving BETTER than you felt when you walked in. She will be right there by your side to support your fitness journey, no matter your level. She won't give up on you, so don't give up on yourself!
