Well I have been a client/student since October 9th at Solntse. Although I do not attend Hot Yoga, I must say the classes that Ina instructs are very incredible. Having six years of Martial Arts Training and trying to keep up with calithesics on a daily basis I've got to say these classes gjve you a heavy work out. During her Barre classes I feel as if I am pushed to the limit, she is a magnificent Yoga Instructor. I would recommend this studio to anyone in the area, her studio puts the rest to shame. Also the Vinyasa class that I attend with my girlfriend is also incredible. Ina aids you in reaching your maximum potential and doesn't discriminate or judge anyone about their practice. I have had a few substitutes while Ina was away I believe the three subs were Olivia, Jennifer, and Jamie. At first I was hesitant because I had become comfortable with Inas teaching. I must say though all three of these Substitutes were great, they all did a wonderful job and instructed very professionally. To conclude my review of Solintse I must say I am extremely glad my girlfriend Megan had decided to bring me with her that day, I have never regretted it for a moment. It is a wondorous way to get my day started and keeps me mentally and physically aligned. I Love this studio and as long as I am capable of continuing to go I will always make this studio the home for my mat.
Oh yeah and I also can't forget that the Matcha Ina makes is absolutely blissful, it is such an amazing delight. Also the studio sells crystals and other assortments of items that are definitely worth it as it's a serene and homey atmosphere.

It was during her 3rd pregancy that she got certified, then followed up with 200hr RYT and Hot Buti Yoga certifications. All of these movements have had such a positive influence on her life, It has inspired her to share it all with anyone who is willing!
