This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!

When I teach I try to let go and allow creativity to flow through me and inspire my classes. There is a strong focus on alignment, breath and moving inwards to allow the external world to melt away. I encourage students to find their edge and evolve their practice by tapping into their strength, breath and potential.
My classes will help you to build strength, flexibility, and find mind-body awareness. I hope for students to leave my classes feeling uplifted, inspired and to awaken to their full potential both on and off the mat.
