This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!
Cindy came to yoga as a way to quiet her mind, relieve stress and dedicate time just to herself. She didn’t anticipate how much that the mindfulness, self awareness and feeling of calm would continue beyond the mat.
She joined Yogashala in 2014 as a member and Energy Exchanger. Cindy considers herself a lifelong learner, and eager to learn more and delve deeper into her practice, Cindy completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training here at the studio under the guidance of Barb Leese.
She is excited to continue her yoga journey by sharing her love of yoga with others. In addition to Yogashala, Cindy teaches students and staff at the elementary school where she is a registered Early Childhood Educator.
Cindy is thankful to be a part of such a supportive yoga community and looks forward to seeing you on your mat!
