This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!
I have practiced yoga on and off for the last 10 years and when life got busy it was pushed aside. Beginning to feel lost, battling depression and anxiety I had the encouragement from my loved ones to find my way back onto my mat and I haven’t looked back. Yoga has helped me find mental and emotional strength on my path to self-discovery and I am a firm believer that what you experience on your mat transcends into your life off the mat.
I completed my 200 hour YTT with Barb Leese and am registered with the Yoga Alliance. I have also completed a certification on how practical yoga methods can be used to enhance overall pelvic floor health and wellness. My training has given me the desire to want to share the gift and benefits of yoga with others and to sprinkle the joy.
