This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!
After spending many years teaching aggressive fitness , both privately as a Personal Trainer, and in group classes, it was suggested to Judi to try a workout that would not put so much stress on her body by her physiotherapist. She discovered Pilates, took her training, and has taught Pilates for the last 17 years. She practiced Yoga off and on during those years, but became more consistent about 8 years ago. It was then , after being diagnosed with a chronic Leukemia, that she began to find a stronger connection to Yoga . Three years ago, she decided to take her 200 hour YTT , and found a deep love for Yoga, as well as self love, and acceptance for herself and her illness.
Judi guides students through the asanas with her heart, helping them to become more aware of being in the moment, and connecting to who they are. Her Pilates knowledge and background is integrated into her Yoga teaching, combining a focus on alignment and technique with breath, mind and body. She continues to learn through attending other classes, workshops and courses, eager to always share her knowledge and passion for movement.
