This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!
Lindsay is outgoing and loves to travel and be active so Yoga has always been a great compliment to those passions. Lindsay traveled to Nicaragua and it was here that she found the joy of incorporating yoga into her everyday life along with surfing, eating amazing local food and enjoying the beach lifestyle.
Lindsay has practiced and studied in many yoga classes with differing teachers, learning a diverse range of philosophies and styles, focusing on the ones she preferred empowered her to deepen her practice and knowledge and become more inspired to teach and pass along this ancient practice. This led her to taking the 200-hour Teacher Training in Nicaragua at a small eco-resort on the Pacific coast with Kimberly Waugh and Alysa Treen guiding her along the way.
Her classes integrate alignment, core work, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation with basic poses and creative sequencing to keep it fun and energetic. Each class is designed with an overall intention to encourage students to find they’re honest edge in each pose while keeping the benefits consistent and they’re progress always evolving.
Lindsay enjoys all styles of yoga depending on what she needs on any given day but remaining present, taking conscious breaths and enjoying each moment is what matters most to her.
