This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!
Nicole began her yoga journey in 2007, using it as a tool to cope with depression and anxiety. Quickly experiencing the mental, emotional and physical benefits, Nicole fell in love with the practice.
Wanting to share this passion and opportunity for change, Nicole received her certification in 2012.
Nicole provides an unconditional space for students to cultivate change inside and out because transformation is a beautiful thing!
