This class changes my entire day, and night. I go into class hobbling, aching and stiff, and I leave feeling 20 years younger and pain free. What’s amazing is that limber feeling will stay with me all day. I love this class!
Finding yoga seven years ago to relief muscle tightness soon coming to realize how yoga calms the mind from daily stress and at the same time connecting mind and body, along with building strength, externally and internally.
I decided to deepen my yoga practice to have a greater understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment and spirituality by taking the 200 hour YTT with Barb Leese at the Yogashala.
In guiding yoga classes I like to focuse on breath, alignment, core, building strength along with relaxation.
When Yogashala offered SUP (stand-up paddle boarding) certification in June 2018 with Wendy Baker and Cheri DeMenna I decided to jump at this opportunity, given that paddle boarding is another one of my passions.
