Love this yoga studio! One of my favorite places to be...I’ve been coming to this studio for over a year and have taken classes with most of the instructors. They are all very good in teaching yogis of all levels; some classes are very strong and physical (Vinyasa Flow), others combine the physical with the spiritual (Ashtanga sequence) and there is a very unique meditative flow class. They will also have an Aerial Yoga class in their schedule soon. In summary, there is a class for everyone! Classes are rarely cancelled and if there is a change in class, we get notified via text and email. If one of the home instructors can’t make it, a substitute instructor is assigned. Every day there is a class except on Fridays. Close to home, nice people, cute studio, and the practice has helped me with my spine issues. Visit JZT! Namaste.
