Julia’s yoga journey began in 2011 when she became a fitness instructor. It was there that she discovered her true passion for yoga. Yoga immediately became part of Julia’s daily fitness practice and has been ever since. She attained her RYT 200 certificate in 2014 and has been teaching now for over five years. As an instructor, Julia incorporates strength, mind, body, and soul into all of her classes. Julia is dedicated to helping her students to connect with their bodies and improve their overall health.
