I’m blessed to have been introduced to Sudan and the lovely establishment that has changed my life in a short period of time. I have several back injuries from 6 car accidents and saw a pain management doctor for 3yrs with no progress. Frequent pain and extreme discomfort every night when trying to sleep and prescriptions that did nothing good! I’m only 6 sessions in and I can do things that I couldn’t do 2&3yrs ago. I’m in less pain. No longer on meds and I thank God for this blessing.
The practice of Yoga is not only a way to get in shape, or gain more strength. Its something that can bring peace to a crazy lifestyle. Something that can bring you closer to yourself.I believe the practice of yoga should be nurtured and whatever kind of day your having your practice will reflect. As a self taught yogi Ive had great days where I can achieve everything Ive been working on, and then the next day I cant do a thing. Sometimes it can be discouraging, but I always try to come back into the Now, or the present moment, accepting what I have and working with what I got. You wont always be able to hold a pose for four breaths, or touch your toes. But, staying diligent and continuing to practice a little everyday will reset your body and mind. Leading you to achieving the intention of YOUR practice.
