My Shiva Fam
I love teaching and practicing here with all the wonderful teachers and students.
A place where you can quite the mind, go inward, unfolding the wisdom of your true Self.
We are building an incredible community, and I’m so grateful to be part of it, and to be able to connect with everyone in this incredible journey called Yoga
“I’m you and you are me”

Tarik

Tarik Woodbine believes yogic philosophy can be used to not only heal individuals but our world at large, creating equity, awareness, and purpose for all. The child of Jamaican immigrants, Woodbine was raised in the wild, wild world of South Florida where he learned camaraderie. He earned his 200-hour RYT in Nosara, Costa Rica where he learned the practice.  On of Tarik's passions is to bring the healing properties of yoga to underserved and minority communities, where he hopes to learn more than he can teach.
