Ainslie and the Shala are place of Reset, Restore, and Pause. I've been a Shala go'er for many years now. I enjoy the slow pace and mindfulness to each persons practice. Even within a group, I prefer watching and learning from those around me. Ropes & Chairs is my body and mind's personal go to. The music was really well tuned in . Love that there's a male instructor on board too! Go Zach !  *COVID comment: clean & readily available sanitizing products, respectful & attentive clients, spacious and masks have helped me to feel at ease. Namaste

Connie
In fall 2011, Connie Wieneke completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance yoga teacher training from Adi Amar and Angela Tong for Vinyasa Krama.

Although she took the training to deepen her personal practice of yoga, friends asked her to teach them yoga. The journey continues, with gratitude for her teachers.

Since then, she has taken workshops and intensive yoga classes from visiting senior teachers Eddie Modestini, Nicki Doane and Bhavani Maki, taking to heart the niyama of svadhyaya, self-study.

Connie has practiced Kundalini under teacher Sarah Kline for three years, incorporating it into her life on a daily basis. In addition to Kundalini, she teaches classes and workshops in Vinyasa style yoga and meditation/writing.
