Ainslie and the Shala are place of Reset, Restore, and Pause. I've been a Shala go'er for many years now. I enjoy the slow pace and mindfulness to each persons practice. Even within a group, I prefer watching and learning from those around me. Ropes & Chairs is my body and mind's personal go to. The music was really well tuned in . Love that there's a male instructor on board too! Go Zach ! *COVID comment: clean & readily available sanitizing products, respectful & attentive clients, spacious and masks have helped me to feel at ease. Namaste
Hannah began studying yoga in Chicago, as a way to find the grace in chronic pain from her scoliosis. But her practice really grew upon moving to Jackson, where she's completed her RYT certification with Adi Amar at Teton Yoga Shala. She believes in the transformational power of this work, not only in the physical sense but in its ability to direct us towards our own acceptance and ease. Hannah is also a certified reiki healer, enjoys singing and playing her guitar, and owns a graphic design studio. Her classes seek to combine elements of healing, resiliency and joy.
