Tiffany first began practicing yoga in 2010 and since then it

In 2016, Tiffany wanted to deepen her understanding of yoga and started taking workshops and courses. She is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, completing her certification at Serene Yoga Studio where she regularly practices. Tiffany is currently on the path towards a 500 hour certificate.
