My name is Hecdaliz. I began my yoga journey at the end of 2015. My son was two years old at the time and I was stressed out, tired and a little depressed. That's when I started practicing at My BodYoga. After each class, I realized how wonderful and amazing I felt. I haven't stopped ever since. I practice yoga, not only for its physical benefits, but also because of its spiritual and emotional benefits. Through the connection of mind, body and breath, yoga has helped me to see life in a different way and to be more open to understand certain experiences. There's still much more to be learned, that's why I feel that yoga is like a never-ending journey. However, this knowledge nurtures my body, my emotions and my mental health.
