Tamara first tried yoga after a knee surgery for the physical benefits of flexibility and strength. After feeling the physical healing benefits of yoga, she immediately connected with the practice. She found that connecting the mind, body and spirit through a physical practice is transformational! Through her creative sequencing, she aims to inspire others to be more aware of their mind-body connection by focusing on integrating breath with movement. You will step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Tamara tries to infuse each day with mindful living. Off the mat you can find her testing out new vegan recipes, putting essential oils all over her body and home or meditating. You can find her regularly teaching Hot Hatha Yoga on Monday nights at 7:45 pm and Friday night Restorative Yoga at 6:30pm. She offers Reiki Healing at the studio and is a Doterra Wellness Advocate.
