Vonda has been practicing yoga for the past five years. She was first introduced to yoga while on an earth based healing retreat for survivors of domestic violence. Yoga has been the path to healing, forgiveness, and finding peace and love again. Since then, Vonda has become certified in Reiki Level I and Qigong, and does work in Neurofeedback therapy. Her mission is to be a light to others on their journey to heal and grow.
