Jennifer includes various elements of spiritual practices and asanas in her yoga classes to bring forth the balancing of mind, body and spirit. Her styles of yoga are Hatha, Power, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative.
Jennifer has found that teaching yoga and being in that environment has brought internal peace and self awareness. Now, she wants to share that positive energy with her students on and off the mats.
