Matt was drawn to yoga after years of playing organized sports, and in need of a new physical outlet. He quickly found that yoga was much more than only a physical practice (asanas) it also helped connect the mind, body and spirit through pranayama and meditation. Yoga has since become a passion of his that he loves to share with others. Matt’s classes focus on connecting movements with the breathe. His goal is to help you on your personal yoga journey as you become grounded, present and aware.
