YogaLoft is a sanctuary for physical, social and spiritual practice. It is lead by wonderful Yoga teachers and provides very diverse classes to everyone’s needs. It is a a very safe and friendly place. I have learnt lot about yoga and life in general from the teachers and also yoga students at this place. I suggest it try all of the class and then decide what works for you there.
Cassandra began her yoga journey when she struggled with body
image and anxiety. At first Hot Yoga was a way for Cassandra to
shed weight, but she soon realized this practice meant so much
more. As she stayed with the practice over time, she reaped many
benefits such as mindfulness, both on her mat and in her everyday
life. With an urge to go deeper she set an intention for herself in
2017 to sign up for her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training. Cassandra
adopted a new found love for herself and creating lasting and
meaningful relationships with others through the practice of yoga.
She will create a community of self-love and inspire her students
towards mind-body connection, with an emphasis on breath. In
addition to Yoga, Cassandra has completed a B.A in Human Resources
Management from York University and a Masters Certificate in Adult
Education, Training and Development. When she’s not teaching at
Yoga Loft she’s a Training Specialist at lululemon’s Guest
Education Centre. In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys re-watching
all the seasons of friends for the millionth time, eating seafood
and spending time with loved ones.
