I took Annie's Power Flow Level 1-2 Vinyasa class and I honestly feel so much better after having been sitting around, doing work inside, and trying to do small workouts. Her voice is also so relaxing, and the core and leg work we did was perfect.
Holli has been teaching yoga since 2005. She teaches yoga philosophy as experienced through posture mechanics, strength, mobility, and breath along with techniques for eradicating pain and injury prevention. She is a lifelong learner of movement, anatomy, and biomechanics. Students seek Holli to recover from daily stressors, strengthen muscle tone, regain mobility, increase range of motion, address “blind spots”; and feel better in their body.
