As a yoga teacher, I seek out a variety of voices for inspiration. Jackie is one of the clearest voices with whom I have had the pleasure of learning and embodying. You know when a teacher has mastered her craft with unrelenting study and commitment. The level of detail at which she re-minds with each cue interwoven with metaphor and philosphy keeps the mind engaged, the body safe and challanged even in a gentle format. When you self study with Jackie the awareness is concentrated in breath, movement and healing. The safety level is high whuch is good for everyone ready to enter into a higher state and vibration of being. It is fair to use the word master teacher in her case.
Holli has been teaching yoga since 2005. She teaches yoga philosophy as experienced through posture mechanics, strength, mobility, and breath along with techniques for eradicating pain and injury prevention. She is a lifelong learner of movement, anatomy, and biomechanics. Students seek Holli to recover from daily stressors, strengthen muscle tone, regain mobility, increase range of motion, address “blind spots”; and feel better in their body.
