Kristin has practiced yoga since 2008, and started teaching in 2015. Ashtanga yoga is a tool she uses daily to bring focus for her mind, strength for her body, and connection with her Higher Power. She started working with the Trini Foundation in 2017, and loves to bring the practice to rehab centers, prisons, and teen centers. Kristin brings a unique approach to her practice through her daily experience as a mom of four kids ranging in age from 7-16. Kristin is also barista/baker at a local coffee shop where she makes a mean oat milk matcha and some tasty scones/muffins!
