We go over all the new concepts and movements with methodical instruction to give new students an enjoyable experience while getting a great foundation in yoga. Building strength to create more ease in the body, this class will move you. We use therapeutic alignment instructions and restorative poses to truly make this class a transformative and gentle practice.
