An invitation to a slower and deeper practice, so that we can open the body and heart in preparation for meditation. This class willfocus on opening the hips and the first three chakras to provide the groundingand the space to allow the heart to blossom, and the body and mind to settleinto meditation. We will explore a variety of approaches to meditation, in away that is appropriate for both beginning and experienced meditators.
