I have been practice Bikram for over 15 years. One of the best decisions of my life. I started at Yorktown and have practiced at many other locations over the years. But there is no place like home. Itsa has created a wonderful studio that is welcoming with what I feel is a perfect balance of classes, Bikram, Hot Hitt, Hot Vinyassa and Yin, that are essential to my well being: strong, flexible and most importantly pain free.

Originally from China, grew up in California, now based in New York. Before embarking on my yoga journey, I was a professional ballet dancer for 20+ years working under tremendous stress in competitive dance companies in the U.S. and abroad. I was on the “go-go-go” until I was hit with a major ankle injury, and that’s what brought me to yoga.
In addition to developing strength, flexibility and balance, yoga has taught me how to breathe, finding inner peace and calmness on a daily basis through the integration of its relaxation and meditative components. As a graduate of Yoga Teachers College, I am currently certified to teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I believe each student is unique with individual strengths and growth potential, and I am eager to inspire, make a positive impact, guide and support each student’s journey to mind-body health and wellness.
