I have been practice Bikram for over 15 years. One of the best decisions of my life. I started at Yorktown and have practiced at many other locations over the years. But there is no place like home. Itsa has created a wonderful studio that is welcoming with what I feel is a perfect balance of classes, Bikram, Hot Hitt, Hot Vinyassa and Yin, that are essential to my well being: strong, flexible and most importantly pain free.

Larissa has a strong background in fitness. She grew up dancing
and was always passionate about movement. Her journey as a teacher
began in Pilates , 10+ years ago. She continued to expand her
fitness career by certifying in TRX, Barre, Megaformer and Aerial
yoga and 200 hour RYT. Larissa used these forms of movement to help
heal herself. She struggled with many things in life and just
wanted to be able to sit with herself. When she first started
practicing yoga in 2013 she was able to just be. Not only did the
physical practice resonate with her, there was the spiritual
benefits she started to receive as well.
“When I was away from my practice the monkey chatter in my brain quickly takes over”, says Larissa. “Yoga and meditation are like medicine for me. I have to continuously practice the practice. I myself will forever be a student”.
