Join Jax in haunting edgework focusing on glides & floats. Some ability to pull oneself up off ground in various bracket positions recommended as well as necessary minimum 6 months experience in heels. Focus will be on technical aspects of edgework, muscle engagement, building confidence in movement phrases and emphasis on individual expression. This is not a choreo class.
