Ready to level up? Just pop your name on the challenge sheet in the studio and you're in! Over the next 6 weeks, we’re aiming to boost your strength by ... you guessed it 20%.
We’ll kick things off by testing 7 key exercises in Week 1 and again in Week 6 to track your progress. Along the way, we’ll introduce targeted exercises designed to support your growth and get you stronger, fitter, and more confident.
Home testing is available or testing on Monday 9-11am or Tuesday 8.45-11.30am in studio with Susan.
