How to Check the Remaining Number of Visits

On the App:

§ Make sure you are in your child’s profile: their name should be at the top, if not, click on their name, then click Sign In.

§ Click on More – then click on Purchases

§ Under the membership title you will see number of visits available, number booked and number used.

On the Desktop:

§ Make sure you are in your child’s profile: their name should be at the top, if not, click on your name then click on their name.

§ Click on My Profile tab – then click on Passes & Memberships
